Jonathan Welch is a Partner at Amherst Madison Legacy and very proud of it! He has been in the Treasure Valley real estate business for nearly 15 years.  He has achieved “Top Producer” status and has reached Platinum level 7 times.  Jonathon is also a licensed general contractor and has built nearly 40 custom homes and sold over 200 new construction homes. His knowledge of new home construction and the process is very extensive. Jonathan is an expert at guiding you through every aspect of the buying or selling process and will do everything he can to create a successful experience.

Jonathan’s father served 25 years in the Army, so Jonathan has lived in many places. He moved to the Treasure Valley in 1996 to be with his family and for the first time he was somewhere that felt like home.  Jonathan has been lucky enough to find the love of his life in his wife Alma. They have been married since 2000 and have two handsome boys Alen and Deni. Family has always been and will always be the most important part of life.

Jonathan takes great pride in the relationships he has built over the years with the families he has helped buy and sell homes.
